SATURATED GROUNDS FORCE GRANDVIEW SPEEDWAY TO CANCEL SATURDAY NIGHT RACING; FREE POCONO NASCAR TICKETS TO BE GIVEN AWAY ON SATURDAY, MAY 14

BECHTELSVILLE, PA May 7, 2016 . . . All the rain may be great for the May flowers but it is not good for auto racing on the Grandview Speedway clay track. The tripleheader show of NASCAR stock car racing, featuring the T.P.Trailers NASCAR 358 Modifieds, BRC Late Models and Sportsman racers has been canceled for tonight (Saturday, May 7). The overly saturated grounds, a result of all the rain that has fallen in the area, have made it impossible to get the track into racing condition.

Racing will get the green flag at 7:30 p.m. with spectator gates opening at 5:30 p.m.

As usual the Low Down and Dirty Meet and Greet, featuring drivers and cars on display, will take place at the main gate area.
